Applications now open for Research Assistant roles at the Law Commission

They are currently recruiting for legal research assistants to work in their law reform and statute law repeals teams on one-year fixed term contracts starting in September 2012.   They are looking for those students with an aptitude for legal research & analysis, together with good drafting skills and a constructive approach to law reform. Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate a consistently good academic record, the minimum academic requirement by August 2012 is that candidates should have completed two years full-time substantive legal studies. The results should be a First Class standard or a good 2.1 standard, with at least some elements of first class work.
