Employability Mentoring Scheme
What is this Scheme?
This pilot programme will support students with the transition from university to work and aims to ensure students are equipped to gain graduate level employment
Mentors are recruited from members of The University of Northampton Alumni who have been trained to work with students to support them in this transition
Mentors provide advice on graduate recruitment schemes, searching and applying for suitable jobs, writing CVs, interview skills, and also provide an insight into the world of work and a particular industry
