Job description

 

You will be assisting in providing a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus in a trainee capacity to progress to a Case Handler role. You will acquire basic knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion. You will be assisting Case Handlers to progress the administration of transactions proactively with all key stakeholders in the process. You will be preparing draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters. You will be expected to deal with client queries wherever possible, assisting the team with taking and making telephone calls to include initial client calls.

 

Person requirements

 

This position does not require a qualification or experience in law however, the successful applicant will possess good customer service experience and a genuine interest in developing a career in law.

 

Based in Northampton, East Midlands
