An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Case Handler/Case Handler to work within our Conveyancing Department in our Northampton office 

You will be assisting in providing a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus.  You will also be assisting the team to progress the administration of transactions proactively with all key stakeholders in the process.  You will be preparing draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters.  You will be expected to deal with client queries wherever possible, assisting the team with taking and making telephone calls to include initial client calls.

A basic basic knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. 
You will need good written and oral communication skills and be computer-literate.  You will need to enjoy working as part of a team and will also need to be adaptable and to fit in with the requirements of clients which may change from time to time.  The ability to organise your day and to prioritise work independently is essential.   Proven experience in customer service is essential.

Salary : market rate
