This is a paid internship
for a Telemarketer working from 2nd- 12th April 2013 for St Andrew’s Healthcare
in Northampton.
The role is based within their Consultancy Service which
provides mental health or medico-legal reports to Solicitors, Courts, Lawyers,
and CPS when they required expert witness opinion on a person’s mental health.
The brief involves:
•
3 week contract to develop cold contacts,
through outbound calling, into new report enquiries to meet growth and budget
projections.
•
Proactively market service offer to clients
following targeted Direct Mail campaign.
You need to have:
•
Comfortable and confident telephone manner.
•
Good knowledge of the legal environment and the
ability to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills is required.
•
Ability to communicate professionally with a
number of external agencies, including, solicitors, courts, CPS, Police and other
legal professionals.
•
Be committed to providing excellent customer
satisfaction and care to our clients.
•
A positive ‘can do, can help’ attitude to make
an effective contribution to the service team.
•
Communicate effectively both in spoken and written
English.
•
Use regular opportunities to share your ideas,
skills, thoughts and feedback to enhance the service offer and improve customer
satisfaction
