Have you applied for your LPC yet?

Leicester Institute of Legal Practice (LILP)
Guaranteed Place Scheme - Legal Practice Course (LPC)

LILP offers the LPC in two modes:

·        Full-time - one year – for more information click:

Applications are via the Central Applications Board.

·        Part-time - two years – for more information click:  http://www.dmu.ac.uk/study/courses/postgraduate-courses/legal-practice-course-lpc-(part-time).aspx

Find out more information about how to apply for our part-time course by contacting:
o   Rosemary Verlander-Smith - r.verlandersmith@cilexlawschool.ac.uk or
o   Dawn Gray - d.gray@cilexlawschool.ac.uk

For students studying at the University of Northampton, if you achieve a 2:2 or above in your Qualifying Law Degree you are guaranteed a place on either the full-time or part-time LPC at LILP.   You still need to apply by the usual route and complete the relevant application form in full and, if you are applying for the full-time LPC, you would need to place LILP as your first choice. If you place LILP as your second or third choice we cannot guarantee you a place on our full-time LPC and our normal selection criteria would apply.

If you would like to visit us, meet with one of the LPC team and have a tour of our facilities please contact one of the team as follows:

·        Oliver Bennett via obennett@dmu.ac.uk – LPC Programme Leader;
