Did you missed the Licensed Conveyancer talk on Tuesday 25th February?

Please see below for a synopsis of the talk that was delivered by Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers.

Introduction to Simply. Simply Conveyancing has been providing residential conveyancing services since 2000. Today Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers  is among the top 25 conveyancing companies by volume in England and Wales (source: HM Land Registry).

Market outlook. Since the residential property market crash in 2008, Simply Conveyancing has ‘outperformed the market’ and grown in strength and size from year on year.

Simply Performance. Simply Conveyancing prides itself on providing the highest quality residential conveyancing services. To achieve these standards the company recognises the importance of staff training and so we set up our Training Academy. The Training Academy is accredited by both the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers to provide Continuing Professional Development Training (CPD)  to lawyers. Our Training Academy is also accredited as a training college and examination centre by the CLC, providing training to anyone who wishes to obtain the professional lawyer qualification of Licensed Conveyancer.

Simply Values and Benefits. The company is growing, with offices in Daventry and Birmingham. Simply Conveyancing offers a career path to those with the necessary drive and ambition, which can take them from  trainee lawyer to a fully qualified licensed conveyancer, and onwards into management. Simply provides a range of benefits to its employees as you would expect from a modern, forward-looking employer.

Benefits to students from attending. An alternative route to qualifying as a professional property lawyer will be presented. The additional cost of the Legal Practice Course and the vagaries of obtaining a Training Contract can be avoided by qualifying as a licensed conveyancer whilst earning an income with a local Residential Conveyancing Lawyer company, in a sector of the legal market where there is unsatisfied demand for legal trainees.
