Trainee Conveyancer vacancies

Maloy & Flynn Recruitment are currently recruiting for Trainee Conveyancers for an Established Legal Property Company based in Northamptonshire. The role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a career within the legal sector.

The role will involve;

·         Dealing with legal enquiries

·         Process and chase landlord details, sale memorandums

·         Take payments for searches

·         Obtain client identification

·         Managing small caseloads with supervision

·         Communicating with Clients and third parties both written and over the phone

·         Assist other team members

·         Ongoing training

·         General administrative duties

The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline. Candidates will need to have previous customer service experience, administration experience or legal experience.  Strong communication skills both written and verbally and an ability to work in a team is essential alongside a willingness to learn.

Company Package
The Company is looking to pay a salary of £15,000-16,000 dependent on experience along with fantastic career progression and training.

Candidates will need to have access to own transport!
