Just how much can you learn in three years? How much invaluable experience can you gain in 36 months?

 

Join our Professional Trainee Scheme and you’ll see. This year we’re looking for aspiring graduates to join our Customer Service (Underwriting) Schemes – and you won’t be stuck at the same desk for the whole time, don’t worry. You’ll rotate through integral departments in different areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience in a whole host of areas across the divisions. During the Customer Service (Underwriting) Scheme learn about our Head Office and Regional functions as well as a working knowledge of Claims and Business Support.

 

With a number of different and stimulating placements throughout your time with us, you’ll gain relevant exposure to key areas of the business and broaden your business awareness. As well as learning first hand about the work carried out in each area and getting involved in real work on real projects, we’ll support you and make sure you have everything you need to get on and succeed. You’ll have a full corporate induction – along with a tailored local induction programme – and we’ll be with you every step of the way as you study for a relevant professional qualification.

 

Person requirements

 

• We’d like you to be degree qualified, with a genuine interest in building a career in underwriting and insurance.
• Naturally, some relevant work experience would be great, but it’s by no means essential.
• We need strategic and analytical thinkers who learn and adapt quickly, and have the ability to network and strike up relationships with both internal and external customers.
