Internship (Fixed term until 31st
August 2014)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To assist the UCEE team in coordinating
and supporting the delivery of a project whose scope is to work at the Unity
Trust Bank head office in Birmingham; supporting the development and roll out
of an innovative crowd funding site which generates additional funding in the
social finance sector. Employed by UCEE the successful candidate will work as
part of a small project team at UTB Head Office to launch this unique
proposition in a fledgling industry both within the Bank and bringing it to
market.
This will include:

Working
as part of a team Assisting the planning and organisation of agreed projects
and initiatives.

Assisting
in development of services within the agreed project/initiative
·
Undertaking
research into best practice and applying it to the project
·
Developing
networks to enable the successful delivery or the agreed project/initiative.
·
Working
empathetically with a range of stakeholders to ensure success.
·
Identifying
resources needed to successfully deliver the objectives of the
project/initiative.
·
Understand
and take responsibility for all aspects of delivery for which you have agreed.
·
Work
on your own initiative to create new and innovative approaches to the
development of the initiative /project.
·
Ensuring
that site content and services are compliant at all times with new FCA
regulation.
