We’re looking for brilliant conveyancing support and customer service professionals to assist our team over the summer period. We’re looking for exceptional Conveyancing and Customer Support Team Members to join our business on an interim basis. Our people are at the heart of what we do and as a conveyancing and customer support professional you will be critical in supporting our team of legal and customer support colleagues by providing much needed support, communication, customer service and administration support to the conveyancing teams. You will provide invaluable assistance in helping conveyancers and our customer support team to complete business critical tasks.

The Role
• Carry out general administrative duties
• Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional manner
• Handle inbound calls into the business
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist the team to ensure targets are met
