Alumni are you interested in being mentor to current LLB undergraduates?

The University of Northampton has recently launched its first Mentoring Scheme.

The scheme is designed to match a current student with a graduate who has studied the same course so that the graduate can offer both academic and professional guidance to the student.

Second and third year students who are interested in signing up to the scheme would be matched with a graduate who is working in an industry that the student wishes to pursue a career in.

Getting involved

After registering your interest in the scheme you would be invited to an informal interview at the University and if successful you would then be matched to a student and a face-to-face meeting with the student would be arranged.

We aim to facilitate the student mentor relationship by providing platforms such as skype, our new online group chat facility and also social networking sites for interaction.

We understand that our graduates are very busy but if you are interested in using your knowledge and experience to help the development of a current student then we would love to hear from you.
