To undertake a caseload of monetary recovery instructions, ensuring that negotiations with our client’s customers are maximised and that the best possible recoveries are achieved whilst ensuring that we are always fully compliant with the regulatory bodies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To manage your own caseload
- Negotiating using both telephone and letter skills to achieve the best possible outcomes at the earliest opportunity
- Maintaining our case manage system and storing the required data for ongoing management of individual accounts
- To deliver the best possible service to our clients in a professional and efficient manner
- To work with the other case handlers in the team to maximise performance as a whole
- To ensure full compliance with our regulatory bodies and the instructions of our clients
