For the second
year, the University of Northampton is partnering national law firm Shoosmiths
LLP in its resourcing project at their office- The Lakes, Bedford Road,
Northampton.
The Recovery
Services Practice Group is exploring alternative ways to resource its legal
work and supporting functions that are uploaded and processed through its
VisualFiles case management system. An oversight of the Group can be found at http://www.shoosmiths.co.uk/services/debt-recovery-95.aspx.
Shoosmiths has
a number of part-time roles on offer with fixed hours each week specifically
designed to fit around your studies starting in September 2015. Shoosmiths
are looking for students to commit initially for one year (including the
availability to work in the holidays).
Successful
candidates will be:
- friendly and
approachable.
- able to
demonstrate good communication skills.
- organised and
have an eye for detail.
- in your first
or second year of study.
- no previous
work experience required.
In return,
Shoosmiths will offer full regulatory and compliance training together with an
opportunity to experience law being delivered in a modern firm.
